Subscription and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions for the PolicyPro software-as-a-service application (the "Service"), owned and operated by E-Com Fixify and available at policypro.ecomfixify.com.

1. Subscriptions

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified herein.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting our support team. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being billed for the next cycle's subscription fees.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your paid billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We may offer a money-back guarantee for new customers on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about a refund, please contact our support team at contact@ecomfixify.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds will generally not be granted for subscription renewals, partial months of service, or unused time. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of E-Com Fixify.

5. Fee Changes

E-Com Fixify reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
